nu3 Adds Shipping Partner Hermes
Berlin, April 10, 2015. Hermes Logistics added to nu3’s roster of shipping providers and will take over a portion of distribution and product returns.
After another shipping partner has been added, nu3 customers are now spoilt for choice when it comes to deciding how they want their orders delivered.
Dr. Robert Sünderhauf, Managing Director at nu3 GmbH: “While deciding on a further logistics partner, Hermes won us over with their excellent network of shipping locations and their custom-tailored service solutions. One example that will be a real benefit for our customers is the option to choose a specific time slot for parcel delivery”.
“I’m thrilled that we have been able to win over nu3, a successful online retailer, to team up with Hermes” says Thomas Horst, Director of Sales at Hermes Logistics. nu3 customers who opt for Hermes shipping can take advantage of an array of delivery services: Hermes will make up to four delivery attempts for each shipment. Hermes also provides automated shipment notifications so customers can monitor their parcels in real-time and keep track of when they will be delivered. Customers can also easily return purchases via a network of 14,000 Hermes shipping locations.
