Where do I find products on nu3.com?

Standard Search

You will find our Standard Search in the top right navigation bar. With the standard search, you can easily search with terms such as Manufacturers, Brands, Products or Ingredients. You can also search for compound phrases, such as for specific products from specific manufacturers.

How do I log in to nu3.com?

Sign in

You can use the Log In button in the top right corner of our shop to create a new account. All you need is to enter some personal data and a password. After successful registration you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Your personal user account with nu3 has many benefits. You can always view and track your current and past orders. So you do not have to search through your inbox to find your order forms with all of the order information you need. In your account, you can also change various personal settings. For example, you can quickly and easily change your password at any time.

How can I save products?


You can store any items on your Wishlist. On the product page, simply click "Add to Wishlist" located on the right hand side of the page. There you can save and view your favourite products are until you are ready to buy. If you decide to buy items from your wish list, you can add them from there directly to the basket. This option is available when you are logged in with your user account.

Is there a Newsletter?


You can subscribe for the free newsletter directly when creating your account. While registering, check the "Sign up for newsletter" box. If you forget this, you can request the next newsletter at any time in your account. Also, the cancellation works quite simply in this way.

How can I place my order?


Easily select from the items available in our shop. Find the product/s that you would like to buy and select the desired quantity in the basket. After you have selected all the items, click the shopping cart symbol on the top right corner of the page. In the cart you will get an overview of your products. Here you can get an overview of your order, change the selected items and quantities or remove items from your basket. Once you are happy with everything in your cart, you may proceed by clicking on the "Checkout" button at the top right corner.

How can I pay for my order?

    The most common method is via Credit Card. You can pay via credit card with safety and comfort using your MasterCard or Visa.
  2. PayPal

    Also, PayPal is a very secure payment system for Internet purchases. If you already have a PayPal account, you can use this as an easy and safe method to pay for your goods. How will my order be delivered?

Normally, purchased goods will be delivered to you via our shipping partner UPS. Shipments to selected countries will be sent via DHL.
If you place your order on weekdays before 12 clock, we will process your order for dispatch the same day. In most cases the shipping takes between 3-6 days (see more information in the table below). If you have not received the goods one week after the shipping confirmation e-mail, please contact with our Customer Service via service@nu3.com or on 00800 423 77 961.

What is the cost of Shipping?

Can my order be delivered to another country?

For delivery to some specific countries, orders must be made in the specific country store. These countries include Germany (www.nu3.de), Switzerland (www.nu3.ch), Austria (www.nu3.at), Sweden (www.nu3.se), Denmark (www.nu3.dkand France, Belgium and Luxembourg (www.nu3.fr). For all other countries within the EU please have a look at the table below for shipping to other countries.

Where can I find my tracking number?

Once your package has been received by UPS or DHL you will receive a shipping confirmation from us including your tracking code that allows you to follow the status of your shipment. Your tracking link will be activated overnight, once it reaches the first sorting station. If the tracking link is still not activated the next day, feel free to contact us via email or over the phone.

Can I cancel my order?

If you have placed an order in error, of course, we can cancel this for you. Please note that a cancellation of your order is only possible as long as your package has not yet left our warehouse.

How do I return my order?


If you should decide to return an item, you can do so within 14 days of delivery of the order. If you have received incorrect or damaged goods, please send us a photo of the products that were delivered by email service@nu3.com, so that we can examine our internal processes accordingly. We will then send a return-paid slip for the return of the incorrect or damaged goods.

Refund after Return

How do I get my money back?

Once your return is received at our warehouse and has been inspected, we will refund the amount. The refund will be different depending on the payment and shall be made within 14 days of receipt of the return.

Credit card: The return will be credited to your credit card account. The amount will show in your next credit card statement.

PayPal: The amount will be credited to your PayPal Account. The amount will remain in your PayPal account for future purchases or can flow back into your bank account, you can set these settings yourself in your PayPal account.

What is the difference between Almased Synergy Diet and Beavita Vitalkost?
