Coconut Palm Tree
The coconut palm is an unbranched, slender tree that reaches a height of 20 to 30 m and carries a dense tuft of long, feathery leaves. Yellow-green coconuts mature at the origin of the branches. If you remove them from the leathery skin you will find one of the most famous fibrous flesh in Europe. The hard shell covers the white flesh with the content-rich coconut water. This seed is buoyant and salt water resistant, so that the plant spread along the coasts.

ORIGIN of our Coconut oil
As the origin of the coconut palm of the Malay Archipelago / Southeast Asian archipelago is called, where the "tree of life" has been cultivated 3,000 to 4,000 years ago and was used as an excellent source of food and raw. Meanwhile, the cold-sensitive coconut Palm Tree is grown with the high water demand worldwide in tropical regions. Our nu3 organic coconut oil is derived from coconut from one of the main producing countries, Sri Lanka.

PROCESSING of our Coconut oil
The fresh, sun-ripened organic coconuts are processed to virgin organic coconut oil directly after harvest in a gentle, purely mechanical manner without heat or addition of additives. The white flesh is released from the core, dried and the resulting copra cold pressed. The result is a white, solid oil without hydrogenated fats and coconut with a light touch.

QUALITY of our Coconut oil
Our virgin coconut oil is extracted from the nuts from strictly certified organic coconut palms on Sri Lanka. The processing of the nutrient-rich pulp of coconuts for pure coconut oil is carried out according to the strictest quality criteria in certified organic farms, which convert the nutrients and the exotic flavor is preserved.
